Welcome to Amethyst
After much success teaching yoga in Helensburgh, Cat Morton has created a dedicated yoga studio in Braeholm, 31 East Montrose Street to complement her existing massage treatment room.
The studio was officially opened on Saturday 7 November 2009 by Alan Reid MP, with a free taster yoga class held earlier in the day. Both events were very successful and Cat would like to thank everyone for their support and good wishes.
Cat has been practising yoga for 15 years and has studied in the UK and India with a variety of respected teachers. Classes range from gentle and slow-paced to more advanced and dynamic practices and all levels of fitness and experience are welcomed. Cat also runs and designs yoga workshops for specific groups and events.
In addition to Holistic Massage and Hatha Yoga, Cat has trained in Hands Free Massage, Pregnancy Yoga, Yoga Therapy for Musculo-Skeletal Problems, Pulsing and Reiki.
