Yoga Classes
All classes located in dedicated yoga studio within RSR Braeholm, 31 East Montrose Street, Helensburgh G84 7HR. Beginners welcome. Small class sizes.
NB: Other teachers will occasionally provide holiday and training cover.

Unfortunately refunds cannot be given once a block of classes has been paid for (unless the class is cancelled by Catriona). By agreement, and subject to space in other classes, you can attend a different class in order to make up for any classes missed, but this must be within the same time period of the block paid for.
Payment is made in advance when block booking and is calculated as the block booking rate (see above) x number of weeks in the block (see Class Dates below for weeks in each block).

There will be two yoga classes a week at HMNB Clyde starting from 17th January 2012: Tuesdays at 17.00 and Thursdays at 12.00. Please contact the PT department at the base or Cat for more information.
