Welcome to Amethyst
Amethyst is located within Braeholm, 31 East Montrose Street, Helensburgh. The light, airy and peaceful yoga studio is a perfect location for yoga classes, workshops and personal yoga tuition. The cosy and tranquil treatment room is ideal for the relaxation created by the wide range of therapies on offer.
The yoga classes and therapies available from Amethyst may help you become more relaxed and healthier as well as physically stronger and more flexible.
In the yoga studio there are now yoga classes available 6 days a week, including Pregnancy Yoga on a Thursday at 5.00pm. Yoga classes range from gentle and slow-paced to more advanced and dynamic practices. All levels of fitness and experience are welcomed.
Class update: there will be two yoga classes a week at HMNB Clyde starting from 17th January 2012: Tuesdays at 17.00 and Thursdays at 12.00. Please contact the PT department at the base or Cat for more information.
Guest yoga teachers are also visiting regularly with Vinyasa Krama and Vinyasa Flow yoga workshops being a huge success earlier this year and repeat visits are planned for Spring 2012. Saturday and Sunday workshops run regularly throughout the year, so please contact Cat to enquire about planned workshops.
The range of therapies available in the treatment room includes: herbal medicine, aromatherapy, massage, reiki and pulsing.
Cat is delighted by the increase in classes, workshops and treatments and looks forward to welcoming existing and new clients to the beautiful studio and tranquil treatment room.
