Amethyst Yoga HelensburghYoga is accessible to all ages and levels of fitness and can be used safely to return to physical exercise or as cross-training for other sports. Classes include joint loosening, physical poses/sequences (asana), breathing practices (pranayama) and guided relaxations.

Personal yoga tuition

You can also choose to improve or begin your yoga practice with 1-1 attention and sequences designed to suit your specific needs. Sessions are usually held in the Amethyst yoga studio which is on the 1st floor.  If you find stairs difficult sessions can also be held in the Amethyst therapy room which is on the ground floor.  Or if you prefer Cat can come to your home if you have a suitable space in which to practice yoga.
